Welcome to the historic Mission Ranch, one of the most spectacular spots on the Monterey Peninsula. The exquisite views are unrivaled: meadows stretch to the south, joining the wetlands and the Carmel River Beach.
The Ranch encompasses 22 acres. Clint Eastwood bought the Ranch in 1986. He sought out the best craftsmen for renovation, who have replicated moldings, doorframes, and hardware to match the style of the original buildings. Each structure reflects a different architectural period: from the 1850’s feel of the restaurant and dance barn, to the century old Martin farmhouse. The one time Bunkhouse is the oldest structure on the ranch. It’s nestled among historic cypress and eucalyptus trees, as well as newly planted gardens, which adorn the entire Ranch.
While visiting Mission Ranch, be sure to dine at The Restaurant. The views of the pastures, grazing sheep and the rocky Carmel Coastline are superb. They can accommodate parties of up to 10 people. The Restaurant features an attentive staff serving American food and a children's menu is available. The Sunday Jazz Brunch has become a Carmel tradition, featuring one of the area’s most venerable trios and the Piano Bar entertains nightly.
Mission Ranch has a peaceful ambiance, perfect for a classic wedding and reception. The landscaped grounds, views of hillsides, meadows, and the Pacific Ocean, offer an ideal setting for any celebration. There are two facilities offered at Mission Ranch to accommodate groups.
