EXPERIENCESituated in the Kaokoland in the Purros Conservancy, often described as one of the last truly wild areas in the North West of Namibia, Okahirongo Elephant Lodge is surrounded by beautiful mountainous landscapes, which exude a rugged tranquility. The main guest areas include a pool area, a library, two open-air sitting areas, two dining rooms, a terrace and boma.
Seven luxurious chalets feature a large en suite bathroom, with a bath that is strategically positioned to offer spectacular views of the lodge surrounds, and a private sala. The menu at Okahirongo Elephant Lodge changes daily. Guests can feast on menus which feature a delectable fusion of African and Italian flavors, with ingredients brought in from the lodge’s organic garden to ensure undeniable flavor and freshness.
