| With a Three Michelin Star restaurant, Residenz Heinz Winkler has achieved a perfect compromise between luxury and local charm, with its surroundings of lush, green countryside and the well-appointed, lavish rooms and suites. |
EXPERIENCEResidenz Heinz Winkler was created from a late medieval building, which had been called Hotel Post for centuries. Heinz Winkler purchased the premises in 1989 and rebuilt it into a modern but traditional Residenz. Today, the hotel contains 32 rooms and suites, all with a balcony, terrace or garden. It accommodates the Venetian Restaurant, the Garden Salon, and, for special events, the Mozart Vaults. Residenz Heinz Winkler also has its very own VitalResort, a place of beauty, revitalization, health and wellness.
The 32 comfortable double rooms and suites are very luxurious apartments created in the maisonette style. The rooms are traditionally decorated with warm gold tones with rich blue accents and extraordinary patterns found throughout.
Renowned for its Three Star Michelin Guide rating, the restaurant is divided into two separate lounges, the Garden Salon and the Venetian Restaurant, neither of them with any trace of the authoritative atmosphere so characteristic for a gourmet restaurant of this kind. The pastel-colored, bright, and friendly rooms invite guests to linger and enjoy. There is also 25,000 bottles of wine stored in the restaurants own wine-cellar.
Treat yourself to a day of revitalization and renewal at VitalResort spa and experience total body well being. Guests can enjoy invigorating or relaxing massages and skin renewing, smoothing facials. RECOGNITIONResidenz Heinz Winkler is part of Relais & Chateaux Three Michelin Stars
