The 50 junior, standard, and deluxe suites have been designed in low-rise villa-style, in a modern Greek architectural style with beautifully handcrafted stone, marble and wood. Each suite has its own private landscaped terrace or garden - facing directly on to either the Sani Marina or the Aegean Sea. Guests can enjoy relaxation on their private golden beach, with sun beds and parasols reserved especially for each individual suite.

The Water Restaurant is a gourmet open-air and indoor a la carte restaurant offering an elegant but relaxed atmosphere with an imaginative blend of international dishes and local Greek delicacies. The Water Lounge offers a fantastic view of the Marina with superb choices in after dinner drinks and exotic cocktails.

The Spa offers in-room VIP treatments at Sani Asterias Suites, where guests let themselves be pampered in the privacy of their own suite, with excellent views of the marina or the private beach.

In 2008 the hotel is open from April to October.
