Internationally acclaimed chef and entrepreneur Jean-Georges Vongerichten will make his Canadian debut at Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver. MARKET by Jean-Georges will be the hotel’s signature restaurant, offering four distinct areas – bistro, outdoor terrace, a fine dining room and the musical chair bar with 29 seats.
