Perfect weather. Pink sand beaches. Coral reefs. These traits don't commonly guarantee refined, intimate accommodations, but then again, The Landing is not a common hotel.

The Landing bills itself as a boutique hotel, but the Harbour Island, Bahamas accommodation is really the closest thing you'll find to a Caribbean bed and breakfast. With only seven guest rooms, including the spacious honeymoon suite and floor-spanning attic, you'll enjoy all the personalized service and quaint charm of a traditional B&B, without sacrificing climate.
Rooms are splashed in white and decorated with the occasional piece of wood furniture, lending the historical structure a clean, modern aesthetic. You'll find a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, where Australian chef Ken Gomes serves an evolving menu of fresh produce and locally caught fish. The wine list is easily the best on Harbour Island.
White sand is overrated. At Harbour Island, the beaches are incomparable pastel pink. Nearby coral reefs provide incredible snorkeling and scuba-diving, with deep-sea and flats fishing also available. Strolling through the local markets is another popular attraction.

LOCATION
Historic Harbour Island is in the central Bahamas, northeast of the capital of Nassau. North Eleuthera Airport is less than an hour away, first by car and then by ferry or water taxi.
