CordeValle's elegantly appointed accommodations consist of 45 rooms offered in spacious bungalows, expansive fairway homes or secluded villa suites. On a hillside overlooking the ninth fairway, the spacious 750-square-foot Bungalows are appointed with goose-down comforters, original artwork, flat-screen TV and fireplace. Five vineyard-inspired, 1,100-square-foot Villa Suites nestled against the hillside offer the same tempting amenities as the Bungalows, and more. The suite's sun-splashed patio extends from the living room all of the way to a separate bedroom, which features a bathroom with steam shower and jetted tub, plus another enclosed patio with an outdoor shower and a private whirlpool spa. Three 3,100-square-foot Fairway Homes feature four master bedrooms grouped around a central area, which includes a beautifully furnished living room, kitchen and dining room that can double as a meeting room. Each bedroom has its own separate entrance, garden patio, bathroom with jetted tub and private garden.

Savor culinary delights and discover regional fresh produce while dining at Cordevalle. The onsite Tuscan inspired vineyard is perfect for wine aficionados. The Dining Room serves Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary influence in a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere. The Grill offers relaxed dining by the terrace with views of the lush valley and surrounding vineyards until sunset. American cuisine with vivacious Italian flair is served in the lively bar/lounge.
