EXPERIENCE

A Stay at the Sarojin provides a unique, revitalizing experience that reminds one of staying as a guest at a friend's private estate. Designed in a contemporary Asian style, lines blur and merge simultaneously with the natural local elements and landscape. The spiritual heart of the resort is an ancient giant Ficus tree, a magnificently soul-soothing reflective lotus pond brings a sense of grandeur and peace to your environment. Beautiful guest residences nestle within the 10-acre grounds, private access leads directly to an expansive white beach and the crystalline waters of the Andaman Sea that provide year-round swimming and water sports.

A total of 56 Guest Residences are situated in 7 separate two-storey buildings, where careful design allows abundant space and privacy to blend harmoniously with nature. The Residences come with private gardens and sundecks with intimate couples baths and waterfall showers, plunge pools and spa pools that blend into the natural habitat, this is the kind of pampered, thoughtful experience The Sarojin provides. E Accommodations at The Sarojin are neither frivolous nor Spartan, they are designed to relax and refresh your senses - visually and physically. The color palate is soft and modern, the amenities are complete and all Guest Residences include individually-controlled air conditioning, king-size bed, stereo CD, TV and DVD on request, in-residence safe, IDD telephone and broadband internet connection, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, robe and slippers, bathroom and personal amenities.

Ingredients are fresh, chefs are passionate and tables are set in extraordinary locations at this luxury hotel. Dine under the Ficus Tree or beside the shimmering Andaman Sea, choose a more intimate setting in your private dining sala or venture out with a sumptuous gourmet picnic basket. Enjoy local tropical fruits bursting with flavor, seafood from the Andaman, herbs from their own extensive herb garden or select and decant a range of fine wines. Pathways is a secluded spa haven floating over the main estuary and central energy lay line of The Sarojin and hidden from view by mangroves, it looks out across the estuary to a deserted coconut grove and beyond to the Andaman Sea. Rustic yet comfortable and privately entered by a meandering boardwalk, Pathways is a discovered place and forms a key part of The Sarojin's well being experience. Ancient therapies, wisdom and massage techniques are combined with modern comforts to help relax, awaken and love body and soul.

The Sarojin is ideally situated for a wide range of activities. Golf at Tap La Mu, Thai Muang or at Asia's Premier course at The Blue Canyon Country Club or snorkel and scuba dive in the Similan or Surin Islands Marine National Parks (from the safety and comfort of their 38 ft boat Lady Sarojin). Explore the adventurous playgrounds of Khao Lak and Khao Sok National Parks, only 40 minutes drive away, containing some of the World's oldest primary forest, limestone mountains, breathtaking lakes, caves and wild animals. From the mountains, waterfalls cascade into a lowland rainforest dating back to 160 million years ago. You can jungle or elephant trek, or safari by canoe or jeep. In addition try deep sea or lagoon fishing; sea cave canoeing; jungle safari; hot springs; mountain biking; elephant trekking; rock climbing; rafting; bird and wild life watching; visiting temples and shopping.
