Villa Kennedy is a wonderful combination of tradition and innovation. The hotel is nestled just off the south bank of the Main River in a wonderful villa landscape. The traditional Villa Speyer of 1904 sets the stage for the three newly constructed buildings that house this luxurious downtown retreat. The picturesque courtyard makes it an escape and meeting place in one. The colonnaded restaurant leads onto the central inner courtyard garden and moves onto it during the warmer months. The 163 bedrooms include 127 Classic rooms and 7 Deluxe rooms. Martin Brudnizki and his team have designed all rooms. This progressive living culture has been described as minimalist deluxe. Feeling at home is of essence. Furniture and lighting have been explicitly chosen to make guests feel comfortable instantly. Bedroom lobbies have timber floors and full-length mirrored walls, and all rooms feature state-of-the-art technology including flat-screen televisions and dedicated workstations.

The Villa Kennedy offers 29 suites in different categories and sizes: 3 Junior suites, 14 Classic Suites, 6 Executive Suites and 5 Deluxe Suites, based in the historic villa building. All suites have a large living and sleeping area, starting from Classic Suites rooms are separated from each other. Most of the suites have a beautiful view to the inner courtyard or the Frankfurt skyline. The Georg Speyer Suite is one of the biggest presidential suites in Germany and is located on its own floor within the tower of the original Speyer building. It has a separate kitchen, turret dining room, very large living and sleeping rooms, two interconnecting rooms in addition to the master bedroom with bathroom, grand piano, open fireplace and a breathtaking view of the skyline of Frankfurt. All windows are bullet proofed and the suite offers the highest security standards.

Villa Kennedy is located on Kennedyallee, enabling quick access to the commercial areas of the city.
