The rooms at the Villa are large Junior Suites of over 650 sq. feet each, either on lake or garden side. The Residence has 41 very spacious rooms with over 450 sq. feet each, have all been renovated and include a comfortable living area, bath and vanity space, terrace or patio.

The Principe Leopoldo Restaurant, is a very refined environment with tapestry walls, very comfortable chairs, lovely linens, marble floors and elegant lighting. The Limonaia captures guests with its brightness and light salmon coloring. On its magnificent terrace, overlooking the bay of Lugano and the heated pool, during warm weather, guests can enjoy an al fresco breakfast. The Café Leopoldo, located in the Residence, it is the ideal place for informal meals in a casual atmosphere; regional and Italian cuisine.
