Gin and tonic. Sounds very simple, however it must be perfectly blended between Monkey 47 Gin and Thomas Henry Tonic, making it naturally bitter.
Fried snapper with chili sauce, or ‘Pla rad Prik,’ is a whole fish, fried until crispy and then covered with a sweet spicy sauce made from garlic, palm sugar and chilies. One of the street food restaurants, TK Seafood in Bangkok’s China Town serves it. Scrumptious!
Pantip Plaza. They sell a wide variety of tech tools and equipment and whatever else you can think of. I love going there because they never disappoint me on what I want to buy.
I enjoy visiting Chinatown. It’s a popular tourist attraction and a food haven for new generation gourmands who flock here after sunset to explore the vibrant street-side cuisine. I visited Hanoi, Vietnam and stayed at the city’s legendary Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, an iconic hotel, where heritage meets modernity. Hanoi itself is an interesting and historically vibrant city you should not miss.
I’m planning to explore New Zealand from north to south to experience the lodging lifestyle, perhaps in one of its superior breed of sophisticated super lodges.
