Drawing from the ambiance and traditions of the Parisian neighborhoods in which they reside, each Evok Collection property holds a unique universe within its walls. Starting from scratch, they are rebirthed by designers such as Starck, Auer and Deniot. Get to know the brand’s lifestyle hotels which each play to particular styles of luxury, cultivating space for locals and travelers alike to gather and stay.

Nolinski Paris

Surrounded by the Comédie-Française and the Palais Royal Gardens, Nolinski Paris is a temple to French elegance, art and history. Within the Haussmannian exterior is the trademark style of decorator Jean-Louis Deniot; minimalist interiors are highlighted with Carrara marble, blue and emerald hues, and soft velvets and tweed. The spacious rooms each own a color scheme—green, raspberry, beige, blue or yellow—but all share the same warm details of dimmed wall lamps, neoclassical paneling and lacquered wardrobes. Adorning this hotel is the Nolinski Restaurant, helmed by Michelin-starred chef Philip Chronopoulos, and the ethereal Spa by La Colline.

Brach

Once a postal office, Brach is reimagined by none other than legendary Philippe Starck, who melded 1930s architecture with many design influences to create minimal yet welcoming interiors where culture and art flourish. Here, the rooms are cozy and eclectic, decorated with woods, marble and antiques. The upper-level suites open to terraces with Norwegian wood hot tubs and Jacuzzis looking out to the Eiffel Tower. Most of all, this is a gathering place inspired by local life; a Sports Club modeled after vintage boxing clubs, a terrace outfitted in exotic furnishings and comfy chairs, and a gourmet pastry shop all suggest that settling in to stay awhile is a worthy aim.

Sinner Paris

Sinner Paris reflects the avant-garde spirit of Le Marais district. Designer Tristan Auer blends religious heritage with unpolished luxury, bringing us a hotel that is sultry and daring, with little surprises behind every detail. Winding corridors lit by hand-held lanterns lead to the rooms, to ironically reveal accommodations that are airy, colorful and modern. A destination in itself, there’s a restaurant focused on street food culture and a candlelit crypt, inspired by the Templars, that sells curiosities. The best-kept secret however, is the La Colline spa, hidden behind a nail-studded door, where exclusive treatments and a pool inspired by Greek and Roman baths await.

Cour des Vosges

A noble chateau on the Place des Vosges, Cour des Vosges is a slice of finer living in the heart of Le Marais. A butler hands over the keys to each Parisian pied-à-terre, one of only 12 rooms and suites at this former private residence. Inside, designers Yann Le Coadic and Alessandro Scotto have preserved the authenticity of this 17^th-century building, combining modern luxury with original details such as painted ceiling beams and terracotta floors. On property are the luxuries befitting a house on a royal square, such as La Colline spa treatments, a Roman bath and a tea room serving pastries by chef Yann Brys, named Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
