Overview

Georgian townhouses hide a collection of fun and funky rooms near London's Marble Arch. The Arch London's Martini Library may make reading a bit challenging, but the conversation will make up for it.

After a long day at work or shopping, snuggle up in your room, enjoying the complementary minibar and watching one of the (over 100) television channels.
Near Hyde Park sits The Arch London, an exercise in reinvention, creativity, and comfort. It's fitting that it shares the name of the nearby triumphant arch, as the hotel is victorious in what it has set out to achieve.

Each room is unique, much like the infinitely varied personalities of the plucky British people. Set through seven brick townhomes, 82 rooms are modern and sleek with full height windows and balconies on the first floor. For those feeling a bit hazy in the AM, in-room Nespresso should give you the pick-me-up you need.

Relax in total indulgence in the Martini Library (which is exactly as stupendous as it sounds) and flip through a Taschen book with a Manhattan in one hand and an éclair in the other. Just press the button for a drink refresh (yes, this is a real thing).

At HUNter 486, the names of the game are organic, sustainable, and local. Flavors are clear, and dishes are cooked properly without too much of a finicky touch. The décor is slick (Philippe Stark stools) without becoming pretentious, welcoming diners to an atmosphere of warmth and laughter.

Superb hotel

Service excellent, warm, clean convenient place to stay for a weekend break. Quiet rooms, bed like sleeping on a cloud and lovely small touches such as free soft drinks in the mini bar. Food was also very good. Thanks for a great weekend!

Amazing!

This is close to being one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. They went out and purchased me a therapeutic pillow as I was getting headaches from the feather pillows...now that is five star service!!

Old World meets New World in a Brilliant Juxtaposition

A gorgeous palette of colors and textures combine in a contemporary chic setting that is definitely hip without the hype associated with some trendy chain properties. The hassle-free, no registration wall, complementary WiFi for as many devices as you like is a terrific plus in our increasingly online work and leisure worlds. While the number of choices on the HUNter 486 restaurant menu may be fewer that some might like, the food is terrific, creative, and nicely presented without being pretentious and fussy. Combine all of the above with great service, a great location adjacent to Oxford Street, Mayfair, and Hyde Park and you definitely have a winner of a boutique hotel.
