Torontonians are often accused of seeing their sometimes-snowy city as the center of the universe. If they're indeed correct, then the abstract-chic Thompson Toronto is that center's style section.

Pop up from the luminous rooftop infinity pool and wave hello to the statuesque CN Tower, a trademark of this northern metropolis. Towel off in the rare air, and pick a barstool close to something nubile or chiseled - whatever your pleasure. This is how life is on the top of Thompson Toronto, and it's just as good down below.

Sex appeal aside, Thompson Toronto is a design statement worthy of its Kensington Village home. In each of the 102 rooms, shapes, patterns, and textures flow in a playful menagerie. Wrap yourself in Sferra linens and wash up with C.O. Bigelow bath amenities.

Time travel back to an early Vegas era by way of The Counter, a retro diner complete with velvet banquets, and updated with craft beers and unique cocktails. Or, choose Scarpetta for a dark and moody ambiance punctuated by soulful Italian favorites.

Of course, you'll want a Bar to call your "local" when you're here at Thompson Toronto, and Lobby is the place to roost. All those beautiful glowing bottles; all those beautiful glowing patrons: might as well succumb, and join the fray.

Nice, but too loud

The room was great and the customer service was excellent, however the noise from two night clubs was intolerable. The hotel has a night club in their basement and there is a night club next door.

Thompson Toronto

Very nice modern Chic rooms. Ventilation air is excellent...
pretty good location, room service good.
roof bar and pool are the highlights esp the night-time bar.
pool is very small and during the day was packed ... no room to swim or move- just get wet.
all nice but I found the room price was not good value

Amazing Stay!

From check-in to check-out, the experience was consistently amazing. The location is perfect - doesn't feel like downtown hotel at all. The pool and rooftop lounge were highlights. We were worried about the hotel feeling too classy or pretentious. However, we found things to be really laid back. Solid service and an amazing atmosphere!

I recommend that Kiwi Collection does not endorse Thompson Hotel on your website. Problem list:
1. No room on roof top pool, 11 beds for the entire hotel.
2. The hotel is under staffed.
3. You have to clear a velvet rope to get to your room.
