Casa grande ted turner suite: located on the first floor, this suite features an additional dressing room with mirrored seating, tons of closet space, and a sitting area with a fireplace.

Once a historic washroom, this cottage now has a rustic southwestern feel. Vermejo guests now enjoy its spacious living area and three bedrooms. Which includes one king bed, one queen bed and two twins, each room with its own en-suite bathroom. Maxwell cottage also features a small kitchen equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, flat-top stove, and appliances. Pine trees were cleared to form a large side yard where guests may catch glimpses of elk and deer while sipping their morning coffee

The most luxurious suite on the property, the vermejo suite encompasses the entire southwest corner of casa grande. Drenched in sunlight, the spacious guest room with fireplace seating area adjoins an oversized dressing room and period bathroom with original sink and claw-foot tub. The suite includes the adjacent media room with tv and fireplace and the sunroom with three walls of windows, perfect for taking in the view while sipping morning coffee, or an afternoon of reading and napping.

Split floorplan featuring two master suites, each with king bed, private bathroom, luxurious soaking tub and stunning lake views. Indoor and outdoor kitchens offer traditional and al fresco dining options with menus co-curated via private chef. Every comfort of home has been afforded, including heated floors, a large gas burning fireplace and antiqued appointments throughout. Outdoor cedar soaking tub and living areas beckon guests to enjoy the serenity of the Bernal Lake recreational area, offering hiking trails, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and more. Formerly the men’s quarters, the bartlett house was renovated in 2017. This cottage features four king bedroom suites each with large private bathrooms, and one room with two queen beds and private bathroom. A large living space with a wet bar provides a delightful gathering spot.
