How do we rate a property?

We rate all our hotels, resorts, and lodges using our own bespoke grading system. We'll only invite a property into our collection once it's been assessed by one of our specialists. If it doesn't impress us, it doesn't make the cut.

From the quality of the food served in the restaurant to the amenities offered in each bedroom, we carefully rate each property to make sure it meets our high expectations.

Child policy: Children 18 years and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. We offer special menu pricing for children dining in our Hotel Restaurants - children 5 and under dine free from our children’s menu and children 6-11 receive half off from the regul
Pet policy: Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is pet friendly, and even has resident Canine Ambassadors. The pet fee is $50 + tax per night, capped at a maximum of $100 + tax total per stay. Animals must not be left unattended in the guest room. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
