Euphoria Retreat is the first holistic wellness destination retreat in Greece. Nestled in the heart of the Greek Peloponnese, the retreat is immersed in a vast private forest close to many of the myths and archeological sites of the Olympian Gods. Amid such serene surrounds, guests are encouraged to spend as much time as possible outside, enjoying the healing effects of time spent in nature.

At Euphoria Retreat, no two rooms are the same and all are designed to invite guests to slow down and rest. The décor across the 45 guest accommodations can best be described as luxuriously monastic, with calming colors, blond-wood flooring and bespoke handmade mattresses all providing a calming backdrop. Each features a Yoga mat, modern flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet.

An innovative and cutting-edge approach to nutrition is one of the hallmarks of Euphoria Retreat. Upon arrival, guests receive a pinprick blood test (optional) that measures the three most important bio-markers for metabolic health – glycogen, glucose and glutathione (3GLs), as well as a simple urine test that measures more than 12 active metabolites and amino acids. From here, individual food menus are customized in order for guests to achieve better balance, energy, and optimal health.

Wellness is central to life at Euphoria Retreat, and guests can avail of the expertise of a team of doctors, mentors, nutritionists, therapists and fitness instructors in achieving their goals. Various programs, both bespoke and prescribed, are available to guests, focusing on areas such as immunity boosting, weight loss, personal relationships, weight loss and more.
