A recent entrant to Capri's luxe hotel scene, Capri Tiberio Palace struts into the milieu with an offering that's both charming and witty, the perfect roost for a sophisticated break.
On the glamor isle of Capri, well-heeled vacationers swoon at the picture-perfect alleyways and timeless charm of their surrounds, while the island's central Piazzetta appears as if drawn from a period drama. A very clear style is apparent across the island's architecture, and it's a style designer Giampiero Panepinto pays homage to in Capri Tiberio Palace's interiors. This exclusive hotel is a blend of contemporary and retrò design that is reminiscent of La Dolce Vita.
The hotel's 54 rooms are resplendent in sophisticated style, as vintage accents and charming curios form the backdrop to expansive sea views and breezy terraces. In summer, the classical Mediterranean warmth provides the perfect accoutrement to a dip in the hotel's outdoor pool, while an indoor pool is also on hand for those rare days when the weather is less than stellar.
The rich amenities available to guests don't end there, though. The hotel spa boasts six treatment rooms and a cutting-edge Water Zone that makes use of hydrotherapy and steam rooms to relax and de-stress.
At Terrazza Tiberio, Chef Nello Siano revels in a classically Mediterranean menu that's all local ingredients and sophisticated dishes. The hotel's bar, Jacky, is an all-day lounge that opens out to a cozy front garden.
