How do we rate a property?

We rate all our hotels, resorts, and lodges using our own bespoke grading system. We'll only invite a property into our collection once it's been assessed by one of our specialists. If it doesn't impress us, it doesn't make the cut.

Child policy: Infante Sagres welcomes families. The hotel has suites adapted for children and connecting beds. Baby cots are free of charge and on request basis. Extra beds for children up to 16 years old are available at fee.
Pet policy: Infante Sagres is a pet friendly hotel. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are welcomed at an extra fee (currently €30 per night, subject to change). Four-legged companions receive a comfortable bed, a blanket, water & food bowls, and a welcome gift. Guests with pets must present a Pet Passport and are responsible for any damage the animal may cause during their stay.
