An on-site herb garden serves three restaurants: the punchy French La Cuisine and the glassed-in Italian Il Carpaccio.

Starck's last gift to patrons is The Spa My Blend by Clarins. It offers hammans, a laconium room, an enormous pool, and fitness and massage attendants to keep you limber for the following evening's revelry.
