- The indoor pool and relaxation zone are for guests above the age of 13. On weekends and holidays, children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision. Urban Island and the Outdoor Pool are operated separately, and there is an extra charge to access this area. Access is not guaranteed, and guests must check availability upon arrival.
- The guest-only Executive Lounge is also open to guests 13 years and older only. Children under the age of 13 will be allowed entry between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM only if accompanied by an adult guardian.
