Card eligibility

In order to receive the Visa Premium Benefits*, the reservation must be booked using a valid Visa Premium card. Find out if your card is eligible.

The same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented at the hotel and used as the form of payment. Reservations completed through other channels or paid with a different credit card do not qualify for the benefits.



Best available rate guarantee

We guarantee that the nightly rate you pay for your room will be the best publicly available at the time of booking. If you do find a lower price for your stay on another website within 24 hours of making a booking with us, tell us and we’ll do everything we can to match it.


Here's how it works

To qualify for a price match, the lower rate must: 

  • • Be for the same hotel, room type, dates and number of guests

  • • Be viewable and available to book on another public website

  • • Have identical booking and cancellation policies as the rate you booked with us


To make a claim, submit an online price match request within 24 hours of making a booking with us.


What you need to know

We'll match the best publicly available rate for any of our hotels, subject to these conditions: 

  • Our online price match form is completed in full within 24 hours of making a booking with Kiwi Collection, and at least 72 hours prior to 3 pm on the day of arrival (based on the hotel’s local time).

  • • The submitted claim includes the lower rate, along with a link (URL) to the exact page where it can be confirmed by our team.

  • • A complete screenshot of the lower rate must be provided, including the hotel name, room type, dates of stay and number of guests. Full details on the rate must be visible including payment policies and cancellation. 

  • • The booking is not for a same-day arrival. Eligible bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the stay.

  • • The lower rate must be in the same currency as your Kiwi Collection booking. 

  • • Any changes to a reservation are considered a new booking and a new form must be submitted.

  • • The difference in the rate must be at least 1% of the total room cost, excluding taxes and fees. Any rate discrepancies of less than 1% will be considered ineligible for a price match. 


Unfortunately, these rates do not qualify for a price match: 

  • • Pre-paid, non-cancellable and/or non-refundable rates.

  • • Rates available on auction or flash sale websites, similar (but not limited) to Priceline or Hotwire.

  • • Reward program rates, corporate or group rates, government rates and/or other rates not available to the general public.

  • • Any rates available on websites that require membership or a login to book and view rates and availability.

  • • Packaged rates, which include the room along with other amenities such as (but not limited to) parking, meals or entertainment, and/or other travel services such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, car rental or show tickets.

  • • Mobile exclusive rates or promotional rates that require a promotional code.

  • • Promotional rates that must be booked directly with the hotel or directly on the hotel’s website exclusively.


If we can verify the lower price for your stay, the nightly rate on your Kiwi Collection booking will be adjusted to match it, or a credit for the difference in the rate will be applied to your hotel folio at check-out.

We have the sole right to determine the validity of any claim, and to determine if a competing case is genuinely available. In the case of a dispute, our decision is final.

We reserve the right to modify this price match policy at any time.


Automatic room upgrade upon arrival

Depending on availability at check-in, you'll be upgraded to the next highest room class for the duration of your stay.


What you need to know

• We'll match the best publicly available rate for any of our hotels, subject to these conditions: 

  • • Room upgrades are based on a one-category room upgrade, and are subject to availability at time of check-in.

  • • Room categories are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

  • • Upgrades cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.

  • • Certain room categories may not be eligible for an upgrade.

  • • Upgrades have no monetary value.

  • • The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for room upgrades higher than one category above the reserved room type.



Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi

You’ll be provided with complimentary in-room Wi-Fi Internet access, where available, for the duration of your stay, with the exception of select hotels where in-room Wi-Fi is included as part of a mandatory daily resort fee, or is not available.


Daily continental breakfast for two

For the length of your stay, you and one guest will enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast.


What you need to know

• Breakfast options vary by hotel, but will at a minimum be a continental breakfast.

  • • In some cases, breakfast may be provided as a daily credit. Any charges above the daily credit are the responsibility of the guest.

  • • Gratuities are not included as part of the breakfast benefit.

  • • Breakfast is offered for a maximum of two guests per reservation. Breakfast for additional guests may be purchased directly at the hotel.

  • • Breakfast benefit has no cash value, including cases in which the hotel offers breakfast as part of their own benefits. In these cases, no substitute benefit will be provided.



$25 USD food or beverage credit

During your stay, you'll receive one $25 USD food or beverage credit. 


What you need to know

• There’s a limit of one $25 USD credit per room, per stay. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in or check-out activity. 

• Any charges over and above the credit will be applied directly to your account to settle upon departure. 

• Credits must be used towards food or beverage purchases during your stay. Unused credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.  

• Restrictions may vary by hotels. Some hotel facilities may be excluded as well as certain types of alcoholic beverages and/or minibar charges. Please confirm with the hotel front desk if any restrictions exist.


VIP Guest status

Book a Visa Premium rate using an eligible card and you'll be recognized within the hotel as a VIP Guest.


What you need to know

  • • VIP Guest status varies by hotel and may include (but is not limited to) a welcome amenity, preferred room placement or upgrade, or special recognition.

  • • VIP status does not include access to the hotel’s lounges, club rooms or other access provided to hotel reward membership guests.


Late check-out upon request

Late checkout is available upon request and is subject to availability. At the time of check-in, or during the course of your stay, you may contact the front desk and request late check-out up to 3 pm.

Please note that late check-outs cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.


* In cases where one of the benefits is not available at a hotel, the hotel may provide a substitute benefit of equal value. Some hotels may provide one of the benefits as a standard feature of the room being booked. In those cases, the hotel may or may not provide a substitute benefit of equal value. Resort fees that cover any of the benefits are not reimbursable.
