Located at the nexus of American glamor, Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Boulevard, the Beverly Wilshire manages nonetheless to stand out from its surroundings. Sure, world-class shopping and people-watching await just a precious stone's throw away, but are you really ready to abandon the Aromatherapy Crystal Steam Room?

Rooms and suites vary widely in size from 385 sq. ft. (for the diplomatically named Moderate Room) to 5,000 sq. ft. (for the Penthouse Suite, complete with whirlpool tub and guest powder room). All rooms offer duelling features - work areas and 42-inch plasma TVs - for the easily distracted.

The Spa at Beverly Wilshire offers the full range of treatments, including 20-minute massages for guests with tight muscles and even tighter schedules. Those with considerably more time are encouraged to book the five-hour body treatment before heading to CUT, Wolfgang Puck's contemporary steakhouse.
