Plant-based living here extends beyond the restaurants to the design of the hotel itself. The suite rooms are vegan, featuring zero animal and animal-tested products, including no leather or feather.

Gili Lankanfushi is focused on lessening its impact on the planet. In addition to offering eco-friendly villas sustainably built and free of wool and feather, its Plant-Based Discovery package encourages guests to travel responsibly. The hotel does not sell tickets to tourism using animals for entertainment, such as elephant rides or dolphin shows.
