Malibu Beach Inn Hotel & Spa is combining the restorative nature of a beachside escape with meditation practice in their Meditate in Malibu Package. Guests booking this experience arrive at the hotel with a nutritious spread from the hotel’s CBC restaurant delivered to their room. The next morning, the day starts with a 45-minute guided meditation and sound healing with a guru at The Mindry meditation and yoga studio.

Those looking forward to welcoming a new season can celebrate the Spring Equinox at The Lodge at Blue Sky in Utah with renowned yoga and meditation teacher Charlotte Bell.
